How may galaxies are there in this Universe, and how many stars are there?
Answer:
In the portion of the universe we can observe, there are at least a hundred billion galaxies! But we don't know how much more universe there is out there, and that unknown part has galaxies too. And if every galaxy is full of stars...well, we are talking lots of stars!
